Digging Yourself Out (Post Three)

This series was not supposed to take this long! I feel like a plague entered my house lol. Between sickness and uncontrolled seizures things have been a bit crazy.

It looks like it is finally slowing down , so let’s get back shall we?

A major thing that has helped me is mindfulness. I can stop a panic attack in its tracks 99% of the time now using this. But as a Mom I know sometimes life is so crazy and everyone seems out of control on how on earth could you practice this in your own life with small children?!

I have got the answer...

We all learned mindfulness... This book is my absolute first suggested go to when someone says...

My children are out of control.

I can’t get a handle on behaviors in my home.

I don’t have five minutes to sit down and re center myself.

Etc,etc, etc.

I get it! Your kids are fighting over toys, snacks, chores, breathing. You feel like you want to run away and scream into the forest.
